This exercise program provides a healthy and safe way for conscious preparation for childbirth with the guidance of physiotherapists.
The cost of a 5-session pass is 48,500 HUF. The small group sessions last 45 minutes each, allowing a maximum of 3 participants at a time. The classes are scheduled on Fridays starting at 14:00.

The exercise can begin as early as the 12th week. Among those who engage in prenatal exercises, complications around childbirth are less common, making labor easier, and recovery faster.

Due to limited capacity, online reservations are required for each session. Passes are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
